Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. Our Quality Assurance Team looks over each piece carefully before it is packaged and delivered to you. If you are unsure about the size, cut, or colour, please email customers@souszy.com.au and we will style you perfectly!

Returns for Souszy brand items:
We know you’ll love our Souszy brand lingerie, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 12 months of purchase. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All other underwear & bodysuits:
Due to hygiene reasons, non-Souszy underwear or bodysuits that have been worn or are not in their original sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Everything else:
You may return all other full-priced items for a refund or credit note of equal value within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please send an email with your order number, images, and a description to customers@souszy.com.au. Our product team will assist you. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item and cover shipping costs, as per your consumer rights.

Please carefully review the washing and care instructions for each of your items to maintain their shape, colour, and fit.
